Case History

Wrongful Death

The husband of a disabled woman was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident in a rural county. The widow had been told she would receive nothing with regard to her injury claim.

Maximum Insurance Policy Amount Obtained.

Wrongful Death

A passenger of a vehicle struck by a car was killed. Liability was disputed as the police report did not show the vehicle that had struck them to be at-fault.

Wrongful Death

Man was involved in a car accident and died at the hospital several days later. The insurance company denied that his death was related to the accident.

Dog Bite

Person bitten by a dog and left with multiple scars was put off by the insurance company for months and told they would be lucky to receive even minimal compensation.
